Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be situated in a lively area, right by a bustling street in Marrakesh. The room I had wasn't ideal, being next to a noisy nightclub and having only one socket that was inconveniently placed. On the upside, the location was ideal for exploring downtown Marrakesh with family, although it lacked secure parking facilities.
The hotel offers very clean and spacious rooms compared to other options in the area, albeit lacking in luxury compared to nearby competitors. Check-in was delayed until around 5 pm. The service was friendly and helpful but could be improved in terms of efficiency. While the location is perfect for exploring the city, there were minor hiccups but overall satisfactory. The dining experience was average with a limited selection, but the homemade ice cream was a nice touch.
I stayed at this hotel in the heart of the city, which was convenient but noisy due to being near a bar and nightclub. The rooms were spartan, with minimal furniture and one towel provided. Unfortunately, the dirty pillowcases and stained walls were off-putting, and the street noise made it hard to sleep. The lack of a proper wardrobe was inconvenient.
The hotel's location was excellent for reaching train stations and attractions on foot, but the noise from traffic made sleeping difficult. The service was a mixed bag, with friendly staff but also significant rudeness encountered. The dining options left much to be desired, with basic and sometimes dirty dishes. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provides a centralized and vibrant location in the center of Marrakech, with convenient access to restaurants and shops.
The hotel had pros like a convenient location within walking distance of train stations and attractions, with great staff. However, the rooms were Spartan and faced street noise. The service was excellent overall but the dining options were a letdown. Despite some shortcomings, the budget-friendly price and the choice of nearby amenities make it a decent value for money option.
The hotel looked better in pictures than in reality upon my arrival. Despite a late check-in around 5 pm, the room wasn’t ready and cleanliness was lacking. Only one towel was provided and not replaced the next day.
The hotel is centrally located in Gueliz, making it super convenient to explore the city, but the room cleanliness and amenities leave much to be desired. The staff is friendly and helpful, which compensates for some of the shortcomings. The dining options might not meet everyone's expectations, and there is room for improvement in this area.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The noisy bar and nightclub kept me up until 4 am, but I appreciated the baths in the bathrooms. The service was lacking in training and friendliness, but the location in Gueliz was convenient to many attractions. The dining options were limited, but the hotel facilities were decent.
